What kind of exhibitors are welcome at Barbie Dream Fest?
The Barbie Dream Fest exhibit hall is open to all Barbie licensees, as well as companies and organizations with products or missions that align with the Barbie brand, including but not limited to non-profit organizations, original artwork or merchandise, hands-on activations, and more. All exhibitor applications will be reviewed by our team to ensure a good fit for the event, and we may reach out to you for additional information while reviewing your application.
Do I have to be an officially licensed partner to exhibit at Barbie Dream Fest?
No, you do not need to be an officially licensed partner. Our team reviews all exhibitor applications to ensure a good fit with the event. While reviewing your application, we will reach out to you if we have any questions, so we encourage all to apply!
My product is a food item; can I take part in Barbie Dream Fest?
Possibly! Approval of food items depends on several factors including health and safety regulations, venue-specific requirements, and the nature of your product. We are happy to discuss the details with you to see if it’s a good fit.
I don’t have exhibiting experience or infrastructure; can I still take part in Barbie Dream Fest?
Yes! For those without exhibiting experience or infrastructure, we will offer an add-on package to outfit your booth with a standard physical booth setup that will align with the event. This option is recommended for exhibitors looking to primarily sell merchandise or raise awareness about your organization. If you are interested in arranging an experience or activation and need support, we are happy to discuss additional options!
Do I have to sell a product to take part in Barbie Dream Fest?
You do not have to sell a product to take part in Barbie Dream Fest. We welcome a wide range of applicants! Whether you’re offering a product, hosting an activation, creating an interactive experience, or providing an educational opportunity, we’re open to reviewing all types of proposals. However, please note that while we are excited to consider many ideas, acceptance is not guaranteed for every submission.
